Kick off the week with Higher Power. Designed to get your upper body strong, lean and powerful. This class is formulated to have you lifting heavy while maintaining high intensity.

Prepare for pull ups, presses, ropes slams, rows and plenty more.
After 45 minutes, your upper body will be praying to the Gods for mercy!

Rock Bottom
lower body

Hump day is here, and we intend on making yours glorious! Rock Bottom will build the base of a champion with 45 minutes of sleds, squats, lunges and core works.

Get ready for rock hard quads, hamstrings, glutes and abs.
When you leave you’ll have bun’s Bakers Delight will be jealous of.

smashiit
full body – heavy

We don’t believe in average, that’s why every SmasHIIT you attend will be nothing less than epic! This is the apex of full body strength training combined with high intensity workouts.

Programmed with an emphasis on compound bar, kettlebell and dumbbell movements, this class will have you more smashed than your avo at brunch!

sweathiit
full body – light

It’s time to amp it up, get your heart racing and your lungs pumping with this cardio based workout. SweatHIIT has one intention, to release your inner athlete and teach you how to be comfortable outside of your comfort zone.

Bring your A-game and prepare for running, box jumps, burpees and more! Sweat will be spraying. Even Rexona won’t save you!
