Of course, but every group class gym you try is a random list of exercises, every personal trainer you enquire with is more interested in posting selfies than caring about you and you can’t find a place to train that feels like home.
What makes a great group fitness gym?
At Pick It Up, we have 5 main areas of focus
THE GYM – elite coaches with experience and who care
COMMUNITY – a home away from home, with friends, support and accountability
COACHING – every program, nutrition plan, lifestyle guide and goal setting is adjusted to suit the individual. In our 30 for 30 you get WEEKLY personal check in’s with a coach.
NUTRITION – no starvation diets or generic “everybody eat this” meal plans – a sliding scale of methods from lifestyle eating, to macro tracking to personalised meal plans.
EVENTS – nothing gets results like a deadline, and nothing builds a community like working towards and executing a goal together. From lifting comps to Metcon challenges and even obstacle racing… there’s always something to work towards.
We know you’ve never seen a gym with all 5, but let us tell you, it’s fire.
HOW DOES 30 FOR $30 WORK?
Step 1 – You sign up and receive instructions to book your first class
Step 2 – You’ll be invited to your very own coaching app
Step 3 – In your first class, you meet our coaches and a buddy who will help you through your first session so you won’t feel lost
Step 4 – You can use your app to track your nutrition, measurements, photos, sleep, energy, soreness, mood, and how you perform in each session
Step 5 – every week you’ll receive a check-in from your coach to make sure you getting everything you can out of the Pick It Up Experience.
Step 6 – week three, book a call with your coach to goal set the next 6 months of your training and nutrition.
Step 7 – all that’s left is to enjoy Pick It Up Fitness and everything we offer.
